Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with ASILIHOME. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms comply with Polish consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
ASILIHOME is a retail business operating from Gdansk, Poland, curating and selling authentic African handcrafted home dcor. Contact us at: contact@asilihome.com.
All products are handcrafted by artisans and may exhibit natural variations in colour, texture, and dimensions. These are not defects they are a mark of authentic craftsmanship. Product images are representative and your item may differ slightly.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for any errors in the information you provide.
All prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
We accept payment via BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We do not store card details.
Orders are dispatched from our Gdansk studio within 2448 business hours of order confirmation. Delivery within Poland is handled by DPD and InPost. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the package is unclaimed, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Polish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at contact@asilihome.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. You bear the direct cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke, personalised, or custom-made items.
All products carry a statutory 2-year legal warranty in accordance with Polish consumer law (ustawa o prawach konsumenta). If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 14 days at contact@asilihome.com with photographs.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Natural variations in handmade goods (colour, texture, grain) are not considered defects.
All content on this website including text, images, logos, design, and product descriptions is the property of ASILIHOME or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASILIHOME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Polish or EU law.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our , which forms part of these Terms. We are committed to full compliance with GDPR (RODO).
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@asilihome.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As a consumer in Poland, you retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent Polish court.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
